Hello.

It’s been another really busy term and we’re grateful to our fantastic supply team who have been as dedicated and flexible as ever. Supply teaching can be full of uncertainty and last minute calls and we really appreciate our supply team for being ready to go when needed.

We have had a focus on wellbeing this term, gathering resources and engaging with the team to see what works for them in terms of relaxation and stress relief. As supply team members don’t have access to the same resources as permanent members of staff, we have signposted some organisations that specialise in mental health for teaching staff.

We could do with registering more supply teachers as demand is high for us, especially for the higher year groups , years 5 and 6. Our referral scheme is open to anyone who recommends a teacher or teaching assistant who then goes on to work 10 days for us. The referrer and referee will both receive a £50 voucher.

We have visited a few of our wonderful client schools this week to drop off chocolate hampers as we have a long term client retiring and another client who has won a competition we launched. We are in the process of organising a competition for our supply team too.
