Safeguarding and Compliance

For every Teacher, Leader, Teaching Assistant or Supply Team Member we have a rigourous recruitment process which involves stringent compliance checks including checking qualifications, DBS, references, ID, Teacher Status check and a comprehensive interview. We hold the gold standard in education recruitment audit ‘REC Audited for Education’ and have done for every year since it was set up.

Integrity

Our values are deep-rooted in our business and remain relevant and largely unchanged since our founding in 1994. We endeavour to provide a high quality supply service to schools and our Supply Team. We treat others as we would want to be treated. Education Staffing Link value everyone who works for them, we remain true, honest and fair in all our internal and external relationships.

Partnership

We partner with various organisations including being a preferred supplier for Birmingham City Council and a strategic partner for Church of England Diocean schools.

Financial Fairness

We are constantly reviewing our pay and charge rates and endeavour to pay our Supply Team competitive rates whilst maintaining low charge rates for our schools as we understand the massive financial constraints that many schools are under. Our margins are not excessive as we understand that every pound from the school budget is money that could be spent on children’s resources.

Service

We aim to provide a service that surpasses expectations. We work closely with our client schools to understand and grasp how we can best support. No child or school are the same and we aim for our serivce to reflect those individual needs. We work with our supply team members to promote and enhance the learning environment of each child with who our staff has contact. We recruit, select, support, develop and assign qualified classroom practitioners whose attributes best match the schools with whom we work.

In simple terms well supported supply staff have a positive impact on children’s learning.
