We have seen a really busy start to the spring term, January was exceptionally busy. We have seen high demand for teachers and teaching assistants, including mainstream and 1:1 SEN support. A number of primary schools have contacted us for long term requirements including reception and year 5 teachers for south Birmingham schools and a teaching assistant for a north west Birmingham school more recently.

We have used job boards to generate more candidates which has been quite successful. Referals are our preferred source of candidates and we have reminded our supply team of our referral scheme as we are keen to expand the team.
