June and July News
It’s been a very busy couple of months for us here with demand for day to day and long term assignments being high.
We have sent out our academic calendars to our supply team and nearly finished dropping them off to lots of our client schools and target primary schools in our area, over 100 schools have been on our radar so lots of visits.
We attended the Birmingham Association for School Business Management summer conference last week which was really good. It was lovely to see so many of our schools there and to network with new schools. We continue to be a sponsor of this organisation and keep ourselves at the forefront of the budget holders’ minds!
As the end of term draws near, we reflect on a busy year. We have had some fantastic new team members join us, had some previous members rejoin us and seen some move on to permanent / long term roles or retire.
We have continued to work with our core client schools and seen many new schools get in touch to work with us.
We will continue to strive to get the balance right and hope that the next academic year sees more of the same.
