It was wonderful to see in excess of 55 team members at the annual training day which this year was held at the Priory Rooms Meeting and Conference Centre in the heart on Birmingham City Centre.

The conference focussed on Behaviour Management and gave an overview of the developments made to the curriculum in the 2014 review. The environment was wonderful with all team members fully participating and developing some excellent ideas.

The positive feedback supports our view that Well Supported Supply Staff have a positive impact on children’s learning. We have concluded that the day was a huge success.
