It’s been a busy month for us here at ESL, we attended the Birmingham Association of School Business Management Autumn conference at Edgbaston cricket ground at the beginning of the month where we caught up with many of the schools that currently use us and met with other potential new client schools.
Annabel then attended the Recruitment Agency Expo at the NEC to keep up to date with new trends and technologies in our industry and to gain some insight and inspiration.
After a steady start in September, October has been a busy month in terms of day to day and advance bookings for our supply teachers and teaching assistants. We are gearing up for after half term now and we hope and anticipate that the upwards trend continues.
We are in the process of engaging with new schools within a MAT that we currently partly supply which will build out our client school base in Birmingham. We are constantly looking to develop new relationship with schools, teachers and teaching assistants to keep driving the business forward.
