Human Resource Planning

17 Jul 2019

Whilst pupils and colleagues may be on count down to the end of term and the start of Summer holidays; it can be one of the busiest times in the Recruitment and HR calendar.
The 2019/20 academic year will bring new challenges and whilst July is an opportunity to reflect and celebrate past success, it is also the time for human resource and curriculum planning so that pupils fulfil individual, class and school potential.
If you are a school and require a collaborative approach to your Human Resource planning we are primed and ready to add value to your recruitment process. If you are looking to an agency to forward many CV’s and absolve themselves from selection responsibility, we are not for you. If however you seek an agency, who are specialist education recruiters, who will listen to your brief, analyse the needs of your pupils, identify a strong candidate, highlight team member strengths and areas for development and work collaboratively to deliver a positive outcome, then look no further.
Put simply, we aim to add value and for our team members to have a positive impact on your pupils learning.
Low staff turnover in our office brings stability which means that our office team know the attributes of our supply team and the schools who engage with us and make use of the service offered. Together we provide a positive and helpful service. Our team members are able to access training and have regular updates on safeguarding.
We have a commitment to deliver to prospective and existing client schools, team members and pupils a long term high quality service based on collaboration, partnership, transparency, integrity, financial fairness and trust.
Our long standing relationship with many reflects our commitment over 25 years to offer a service which fulfils this commitment.  We are a preferred supplier of agency staff to Birmingham City Council schools and as such adhere to their strict recruitment and safeguarding requirements.
Should you wish to discuss your staffing needs for the new academic year we would welcome your call.
