New online payslip portal

25 Apr 2018

We would like to confirm that with the recommendation and support of our pay bureau partner we are implementing a change in the way that we deliver your payslips. From 1st May 2018 your payslips will be delivered electronically via an online portal called PayDashboard.

Your payslips will be stored securely in your personal online vault and accessible 24/7 via desktop, tablet or mobile.  If you need a paper copy you can easily download and/or print a suitable PDF version directly from the portal.

Next steps.  On or around 1st May 2018 when your next payslip is ready you will receive a welcome email from PayDashboard containing a one-time registration link.

  •  Click on the link.

  • Set a password for your account. (Your password should be a minimum of 8 characters with a mix of upper and lower-case letters, numbers and symbols.)

  • You will then be asked to verify one of the following pieces of information. You may find it helpful to have a previous payslip to hand for this step.  Your National Insurance (NI) number, your employee number or your postcode.

  • Once verified, you will be able to access your payslip

If you do not receive your registration email please check your junk / spam folder. If there is no email here please contact Lucy or Jonathan in the ESL office who will check that we have the correct email address for you and arrange for your registration email to be resent.

Further communication will follow with regards changes to Data Protection to ensure that ESL are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations that become effective on 25th May 2018.  ESL will demonstrate that we are acting responsibly and with integrity on how we handle and manage your personal data.

Please do not hesitate to contact the office on 0121 414 1166 or email support@esl.uk.net with any queries you may have.
