REC Code of Professional Practice

Education Staffing Link Limited are successfully audited by the REC to ensure we are compliant.  The REC are Safeguarding champions and the specialist audit measures recruitors against the highest industry standards.  As holder of Gold Standard REC Audited Education, ESL has demonstrated under audit conditions that the procedures used to recruit, select, support, develop, manage and supply schools exceed statutory obligations.

As a REC member we adhere to the REC Code of Professional Practice, a clear framework of values and principles demonstrating our commitment to professional and ethical recruitment.

Ethical conduct is not simply compliance with legal requirements but extends to honesty, respect for and equitable treatment of others, integrity and social responsibility.

Ten principles of this code are:
